Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about physical therapy, insurance, and what to expect during care.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept BCBS, MVP, Green Mountain Care/Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare. For out-of-network plans, we provide superbills you can submit for reimbursement. All services are also HSA/FSA eligible. Call us at (802) 279-7767 if you'd like to verify your coverage.

How long does recovery take?

It depends on the condition, your goals, and how your body responds. Some people notice improvements within a few sessions, while others need several weeks or months to build back strength and durability. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your evaluation.

Will this make my pain worse?

No. We design your plan to work within your tolerance and progress gradually. You might feel some muscle fatigue as you build strength, but we avoid movements that flare symptoms or set you back.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring any imaging reports or relevant medical records if you have them. We'll handle the rest and walk you through everything during your evaluation.

Can I do telehealth if I can't come to the clinic?

Yes, we offer telehealth physical therapy for people who need remote care or live farther from Morristown. We'll discuss if it's a good fit during your initial contact.
